The Challenge
Indian wholesalers take retailer orders by hand over WhatsApp chats — typing them into a notebook or spreadsheet, then working out GST, the running credit (udhaar) balance and the Tally entry separately. Every step is manual, every step can drift from what was actually agreed, and nothing is GST-correct by default.

The wholesaler confirms in one inbox, and a gap-free, GST 2.0-correct invoice (CGST/SGST or IGST by place of supply) is raised automatically, the khata ledger updates with UPI collection tracking, stock moves, and the entry can sync to Tally — in English or Hindi, on cheap Android phones over weak networks.
