The Challenge

A Bangalore-based health-tech startup needed a unified platform for Indian hospitals to manage patient records, schedule appointments, conduct video consultations, and generate digital prescriptions — all while complying with ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) standards and working on low-bandwidth connections in tier-2 cities.

The Solution

Ubikon built a Next.js SaaS platform with WebRTC telemedicine (optimised for 3G connections), ABDM-compliant EMR with ABHA ID integration, digital prescription generation with e-pharmacy ordering, Razorpay payment collection for patient billing, and a doctor dashboard with appointment management and analytics.
