A Bangalore-based health-tech startup needed a unified platform for Indian hospitals to manage patient records, schedule appointments, conduct video consultations, and generate digital prescriptions, all while complying with ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) standards and working on low-bandwidth connections in tier-2 cities.
