1. Overview

Ubikon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a services and software company. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how and when our digital services, software licences, SaaS access, and project deliverables are provided to you after payment. It is titled "Service Delivery Policy" and is equivalent to a Shipping Policy for the purposes of payment gateway compliance.

3. How You Receive Your Purchase

  • Email confirmation: A receipt and access instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout within 15 minutes of successful payment.
  • Client portal: All subscription products are accessible via ubikon.in/portal/login using the email registered at checkout.
  • Project deliverables: Source code, design assets, and documentation are delivered via GitHub repositories, Figma files, or Google Drive shared folders as agreed in the SOW.
  • Onboarding call: For engagements above ₹50,000 (or USD 750), a kick-off call is scheduled within 3 business days of payment confirmation.

4. International Delivery

As all deliverables are digital, geographic location does not affect delivery speed. We serve clients globally. Where the deliverable is a Software-as-a-Service login or downloadable file, delivery is instantaneous regardless of your country.

For consultations and live calls, our working hours are 09:30 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday. Calls across time zones are scheduled by mutual convenience.

5. Delivery Charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges. All prices quoted are inclusive of digital delivery. Applicable GST (18% for Indian clients) is shown separately on invoices. International clients are zero-rated where our services qualify as export of services under Indian GST law.

6. Delivery Delays

If your delivery is delayed beyond the timelines above, please contact hello@ubikon.in. We investigate all reported delays within 24 business hours.

Delays caused by pending client inputs (design approvals, credentials, content) do not count toward our delivery SLA. Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disaster, sustained internet outage, third-party service failure) will be communicated in writing with a revised delivery estimate.

7. Non-Delivery

If a purchased service is not delivered within the stated timelines and no legitimate delay is on record, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.
