Fixed-price projects: 40% upfront, 40% at mid-project milestone, 20% on final delivery. Monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each month. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and crypto (USDC/BTC).

Yes. If we miss the agreed delivery deadline by more than 2 weeks (excluding scope changes or client-caused delays), we refund 10% of the total project fee automatically. No questions asked.

The only extras are: (1) third-party service costs such as AWS hosting, Stripe fees, or Apple Developer accounts — these are your own subscriptions, not charged by us; and (2) out-of-scope change requests, which go through a transparent change-order process.
