Our smallest fixed-price engagement is the Starter MVP at ₹2.5L. For hourly/retainer work, the minimum is 10 hours. We do not take on projects below our MVP starting price, as we cannot deliver quality at that level.

What are your payment terms?

Fixed-price projects: 40% upfront, 40% at mid-project milestone, 20% on final delivery. Monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each month. Indian clients can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app), net banking, NEFT/IMPS/RTGS, card, wallet, or cash. International clients pay by Wise or bank transfer (SWIFT wire, ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments), or by card.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If we miss the agreed delivery deadline by more than 2 weeks (excluding scope changes or client-caused delays), we refund 10% of the total project fee automatically. No questions asked.

Everything needed to deliver a working, deployed product: UX/UI design, frontend development, backend/API, database setup, third-party integrations, testing, CI/CD pipeline, App Store / hosting deployment, and post-launch support for the included support period.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price in your contract is the price you pay. The only extras are: (1) third-party service costs such as AWS hosting, Stripe fees, or Apple Developer accounts — these are your own subscriptions, not charged by us; and (2) out-of-scope change requests, which go through a transparent change-order process.
