1. Summary
Chai Master does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
The app works entirely on your device. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party trackers. Nothing you do in the app leaves your phone.
2. Who We Are
Chai Master is published by Ubikon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Ubikon", "we", "us"), a software company registered in India (CIN U72200MP2016PTC036666), with registered office at 2nd Floor, Swaraj Enterprises, Above Table World, Behind C21 Mall, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India.

3. Data We Collect
None.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising ID, or usage analytics. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not require you to sign in.
4. Data Stored on Your Device
Any content you create in Chai Master is saved locally on your own device so the app can remember it between sessions. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to Ubikon or anyone else.
Uninstalling the app removes that local data. You can also clear it at any time from your device's app settings.
5. Permissions
Chai Master requests only the permissions it needs to function on your device. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or storage for the purpose of collecting information about you.
If a future version of the app needs a new permission, we will explain why in the app and update this policy before that version is released.
6. Third Parties
Chai Master contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no social-media SDKs. We do not sell, rent, or share data with anyone — there is no data to share.
The app store you downloaded Chai Master from (for example Google Play or the Apple App Store) may collect its own information about your download. That is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
7. Children's Privacy
Chai Master collects no data from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, no data about a child is ever processed, stored, or transmitted.
8. Your Rights
Data-protection laws — including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU/UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act — give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you.
Because Chai Master holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, or delete. Content stored locally on your device is under your control and can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
If you believe we hold data about you, write to privacy@ubikon.in and we will respond.
9. Changes to This Policy
If a future version of Chai Master collects any data, we will update this policy and the app store data-disclosure listing before that version is released, and change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We will not begin collecting data under this current policy.
