UI/UX Designer

About the role

Join our design team to craft beautiful, usable interfaces for mobile apps, SaaS products, and marketing sites. You will own design systems, run user research, and ship pixel-perfect work alongside engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for mobile and web products — from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
• Build and maintain design systems with components, tokens, and variables in Figma
• Run user interviews, usability tests, and synthesize findings into actionable improvements
• Prototype flows in Figma, Framer, or code for stakeholder buy-in
• Partner with engineers to ensure designs ship pixel-perfect
• Contribute to brand, marketing, and product illustration work

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
• Expert-level Figma skills (auto-layout, variables, component libraries)
• Strong visual design: typography, color theory, motion, iconography
• Experience shipping mobile apps (iOS HIG + Material 3) and web SaaS
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG AA) and inclusive design
• Ability to present and defend design decisions with clients

Nice to have

• Motion design (Lottie, After Effects, Rive)
• Basic HTML/CSS fluency — can read component code and tweak Tailwind
• Brand identity or illustration skills
• Experience with design tokens pipelines (Style Dictionary, Tokens Studio)
