Product Manager

About the role

We are hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap for one of our core SaaS products. You will partner with engineering, design, and sales to ship features customers love and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, OKRs, and quarterly planning for your product
• Talk to customers weekly — synthesize interviews into PRDs and user stories
• Partner with engineering and design on scoping, trade-offs, and launches
• Define and track product metrics (activation, retention, NPS, revenue)
• Run A/B tests and synthesize learnings
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market for new features

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Data fluency — comfortable with SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent
• Track record of shipping features with measurable impact
• Excellent writing and communication — PRDs, specs, stakeholder updates
• Empathy for users and strong design sense
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution

Nice to have

• Previous engineering or design background
• Experience launching AI-powered products
• MBA or formal product training (Reforge, Pendo, etc.)
• Experience managing a PM team
