Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React)

About the role

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to build SaaS products and client projects on our Node.js + React stack. You will own features end-to-end — from database schema to UI polish — on real products used by thousands of users.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features on Next.js 14 + Express + MongoDB/PostgreSQL
• Design and implement REST APIs with proper auth, validation, and error handling
• Ship responsive, accessible React interfaces with Tailwind and Framer Motion
• Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
• Work with DevOps to deploy to AWS/GCP and monitor production
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack development with Node.js and React in production
• Proficiency in TypeScript on both frontend and backend
• Experience with Next.js App Router, Server Components, and data fetching patterns
• Solid grasp of relational + document databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, and API design best practices
• Git workflow fluency and clean commit hygiene

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, queues (Redis/Bull), and caching layers
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC (Terraform)
• Open-source contributions or side projects
• Some AI/LLM integration experience
